The challenge was to design an intuitive experience that simplified modifications, reduced churn, and reinforced brand loyalty.

The goal was to simplify how customers managed their Epicure subscription boxes, reducing churn and making the experience feel flexible, transparent, and effortless.

We designed a clean interface that let users swap products, skip deliveries, or change frequencies in just a few taps.

Smart recommendations and clear billing timelines helped reduce cancellations and boost reorders.

A phased rollout across web, mobile, and email ensured existing subscribers transitioned smoothly into the new system.

The Process

The campaign focused on lifestyle storytelling, highlighting Cloud’s minimalist design and wellness benefits.

A multi-channel approach combined elevated product photography, influencer partnerships, and strategic digital marketing to create a cohesive brand narrative.

The launch was supported by social media teasers, email marketing, and website enhancements, all designed to reinforce Cloud’s premium positioning.
